As a proud local business, we receive hundreds of sponsorship and discounted equipment requests each year.
We are committed to supporting our community by fully sponsoring and contributing financially to two to three major community events annually. These events are reviewed each year, and our commitments for 2026 are already in place.

Beyond these major events, we continue to support local initiatives through discounted rates and additional sponsorship opportunities. Every application we receive is carefully reviewed on a weekly basis, and you can expect a response within 10 days. To ensure your application is submitted for consideration please ensure you meet the below requirements.

SPONSORSHIP CRITERIA


Registered Charity or Community Cause
Please provide the charity registration number.  
For full sponsorship, all proceeds from individuals and businesses involved must be donated to the charity.  
If your event does not meet the full sponsorship criteria, discounted rates may still be considered. Please indicate if you would prefer a gift bag only.

Provide Promotional Opportunities: examples include logo placement, social media mentions, and/or event signage.

Specify  Equipment Needs: Include the type and quantity of equipment required and how it will be used at the event.

No Competing Sponsorships: Events sponsored by other hire companies are not eligible.

Minimum  Attendance: Events must have at least 100 attendees or benefit recipients.


WE DO NOT SPONSOR

  • Events without a charitable benefit or community benefit
  • Requests for cash donations.
  • Requests submitted via email. All requests must be made using the form below.
  • Events centered around alcohol consumption
  • Events with limited reach or no promotional opportunities.
